I Mean Calling All MAster Monster Fish Keepers!! hehehe my key board is messing up with me again...

Need help guys :confused:, I bought this Polypterus early this morning on a local pet store. the thing is' I don't know the exact species of this one co'z I'm only familiar with the senegalus bichir and the ornate one, and most of them looks just the same. and it suck's that the store owner itself is clueless about the species..:irked:

Hope You guys can help me with this one and hope i can also have some information about the proper food to feed this guy to make it grew humongously, and some facts about its behavior from the experts who own this kind of monster too..

looks like an Endlicheri but i could be wrong
 
Oh, and it looks nice and healthy and has great markings. Could use a little fattening up, but that should be no problem for a bichir. ;)
 
Where do you guys buy fish like these? Every local fish store around here has way too many chicilds or however you spell it.
 
no idea on the species, but some good sinking pellets will do fine. make sure you have a well sealed tank, they're sneaky little buggers. it's amazing how they can find the smallest escape route when they can hardly see.
