Hey everyone.. Building a website for Stingrays.

www.stingraysource.com

I need everyone to go check out the main page and tell me if the header is working properly.

I need someone who is better versed at web design than I, as I am novice.. It appears that some users are having a hard time seeing my header font, which is throwing off all the spacing.. I thought it may have been a browser issue, but I have tested it with both FireFox and IE, and they work fine on all my families computers..

My wifes computer at her work, has Win2000Server, with no additional fonts, and she says she can not view the page properly, and the header font throws off the rest of the page.. A few other MFK members have said the same thing.

Is their a way to universally modify the font, so that all people can view it properly? I know I should of done the header as a jpg image, but the template just used a font. I am already 30 pages into it, so I don't want to have to go back and hand-edit all of that..

Anyone help? Is their a trick in Frontpage2003 which allows me to make that font permanent to my website, and not require the viewer to have that font?

Thanks in advance!!!

Miles

I don't mind the color scheme though. I have always been a fan of gray on black. The blue is eh, it the same color as your hyper links which can be confusing to users. Maybe a light gray instead of the blue would look a little better.

Thanks for the feedback.. I agree with the header being to big, but that was the way the template had it.

Is there a way to universally modify the header for all my pages, or will I have to individually edit each one?.. I guess if I do that I could just copy/paste a smaller jpg header.. :D

It all depends on what the pages are written in. More than likely its basic HTML, if thats the case its not so easy. You are going to have to modify every page. If it is programmed in lets say Coldfusion then, no you can dynamically set it so all you have to do is change it on one page and it will effect them all.
