at one inch how long would it take to reach full growth i know they grow slow but with great water quality and a good diet how long

I believe that he is referring to a Dimidochromis compressicep, not the Altolamprologous calvus and compressicep.

3-4 years would probably be a good number for altos, IMO

Mine grew .5" in 5 months. Thats why most compressiceps you see on the market now are juveniles. Non WC full growns are hard to come by
