Calvus growth rate

So I bought a white Calvus last summer and was told by the lfs that they grow slow. It's been doing really well and I plan to move him to a larger tank this week, but the growth has been slow to say the least. Just curious if anyone out there can offer any input on how fast I should expect it to grow.

very, very very slow

Feed mysis and high quality pellet food. they will grow a little faster. Awesome fish, and very cool to watch grow. Keep the water clean, and get another 2. they are fun to watch in a little harem

I have read that it takes fry 5 years to reach sexual maturity. they are very slow growing.
