Calvus tank mates.

i currently have one yellow calvus in a 10g tank. He/she is only barely 1 in. What other fish could I get to keep him/her company until i upgrade their tank?

still gotta remember it is only a 10 gallon tank, so keep it light for the sake of water quality for your calvus

Well moments after purchasing my 2nd calvus my small yellow calvus layed on its side and breathed slowly for about an hour. I woke up this morning to him dead. Such a beautiful fish. I am pretty upset he passed. Hopefully my new black calvus will be ok.

have you cycled your tank properly?

Yeh, the tank has been going for about 2 months, and I used rocks and ornaments from a tank that I have had for 6 months.

When my black calvus did that i hurried and got a air bubble in there and he got right back to being healthy, so if you dont have a air bubble in there maybe that could help out.
