Camallanus?!

Was looking at my tank a minute ago and i notices something stocking out of my angelfish's anus. ive seen it once in a while for about 2-3weeks, and its not always poking out. its about 1mm long, and a little thinner than a hair. and its almost perfectly straight.
i cant tell if any of the other fish have this red thing poking out their anus, but from what i can see, the angel is the only one with it.
What the hell is it?! i was suspecting camallanus, but, if it is camallanus, wouldnt the other fish have it by now, and wouldnt there be more than one red thing poking out the angel's anus?

ok, got this sorted out on my own... i found 2 products: paracide-D kills the worms in the fish, and De-Los kills the eggs.

has anyone used these before?

What do those products contain? A lot of products can claim they kill certain parasites but a lot of products were used based on wrong diagnosis as well.
