Either that or the fish are so tolerant of the conditions. In return the fish are maybe stunted and will have shorter lifespan. Give the fish more credit than the person.

Lol yea I think all the credit goes to the fish here. Could be a sellers gimmick but I believe unless the water is comeplelty clouded and you can't see the fish than there's people who would never change the water

It's only about 3x-5x overpriced, is all.

They will never sell it.

As to the WC, the owner could be old school - a couple decades ago, the status quo was aged water = good water and no WC except 5%-10% WC a year.

Not as bad as half the things you see on cl. Hell, I have seen postings of 20g setups for 400 bucks or their 18" pacu in their 55g.
