Camellanus worms in african chiclids

My africans have camellanus worms does anyone know how to treat them or what i can do?:nilly:
 
Little brown worms sticking out of their butts?
You need an anthelminthic (a wormer).
I use Sterazin but there are many others.
 
where do u get that?
