any help??

Yup, go to sister site aquatic photography! Top left, scroll down box where is says monsterfishkeepers

A higher ISO speed will capture a picture faster but with more grain. Which is fine for a small picture. My best technique to photograph fish is by using a zoom lens. I use a SLR so you can manually move the zoom lens very quickly.
Stand in front of the tank and use the zoom to shoot. If you have a skittish fish (like some of mine) they will usually swim in a fast escape pattern but almost (ALMOST) all fish will slow down to a mid water stall for a few seconds that's when you want to shoot.
For my fish that don't move or swim slower to much I have the barrel right up onto the glass that usually work quite well.

A really big tip? Get a UV polarize lens. They REALLY help to eliminate back glare and tank reflections.
Also turn of any back light and make sure only your aquarium light are on.

These are just my personal fish photo shooting methods. They will change depending on you and what camera you have.
