..ok so my cheapo samsung camera is now dieing..every time i try and take pic it washes everything out and has horizontal lines throwout the image.
so time for a new camera
Im looking for suggestions for a good cheap camera, something i can take close in shots of my fish with.
the most i can pay is 200$...but im hoping for the 100$ range.
help would be nice...what specs to look for ext.
