Camera Upgrades...

I am taking a photography class and i'm currently using an olympus point and shoot. I think its a good camera and it has the required "manual" mode but i'd like to know whether you guys think it'd be worth it to upgrade?

The first camera on this list is the one i'm currently using. The others are ones that i'm considering...

My opinion, after the class if you really are interested about photography, you just save your money until you can get an entry level DSLR. At $150-$200 you're only another $150 away from an entry level DSLR.

Thats what i was thinking, take the class first and see how much you enjoy photography before making the jump, at which point you could easily pick up an entry level or better DSLR depending on how much you like it...

DSLRs aren't quite in my price range, lol. After buying the camera and a lens or two, you've spent a few hundred dollars.
