Ok, got the D90 and the D40 on it's way. Now, I kinda know that mega pix are used in such as printing and photo printing right? Now with the mega pix being low (not really) with the D40, to get the best as printing photo's, I shouldn't go over wallet size photo's for the best quality. D90 no higher then 8''x11'' yes?

Question time:
Now, what would be a good camera for posters? Or will it matter if I used the D90 and the D40?

doesnt really matter. The d90 has slightly better megapixels. I would use that for the more "demanding" photoshoots. That will probably get better results. But remember, its the photographer and the glass that make a good picture, not the body.

goodluck! what did you order for lenses?

2x AF-S 18-105mm f3.5-5.6 G VR: For everyday use. (D40 and D90) Play around lens
1x AF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR II: For the longer shots (D90 lens)
1x AF Nikkor 24mm f2.8D: For events and close out door shots (D90 and D40)

And I'm still thinking about getting a Micro lens, but I think I'm going to wait on that one.
Also looking at getting lens filters...but I still have to look up what they do, best time to use them, and so on.

i would also grab a flash. So you can set it up above the tank. I feel like you should have gotten just one 18-105mm, and used the money from the other to get two nikon sb600's

As for the flash, I currently don't have a tank up and running, But was planning on getting one in the near future. For the SB600 flash, don't I need a transmitter? As for the 55-105, I still can get it, Have to wait till Friday. I rather buy 2 or more lenses at a time (saves on shipping).
Would this flash do?

Meant 18-105mm.....
The reason i got 2, was for both the camera's. Just in case someone wants to borrow the D40.
Crap!!! just remembered, the D90 comes with that lens......
Time to cancel that one and order a different one. Impulse buying.
