Never tried it personally, but i know Zetlight makes ones that can be remote controlled i think...

I do, for the last 2 years or so. It helps in checking the tank when I am away travelling.
The one I am having is an IP camera, connects to Home WiFi and Footage can be seen on Mobile App. It also records the footage on to a memory card.

You can search for any IP Camera/Action Camera that has a Mobile App integration and has descent reviews.

I started using dropcam (NEST) about 4 years ago. It can record in HD up to 1080p and even has up to 30days of saved footage that you can review as an option. Fairly easy to use as long as you have decent wifi... broadband killer if you have multiple units.
