camo collecting

This isn't really a very popular hobby. But while looking through the AK stuff, I took a few photos of my favorite pieces. To me it's neat to think about who wore the uniform and what they went through. I have a whole side of my closet devoted to military camo but these are a few of my favorites.
Bosnian assult vest- it has all kinds of straps and whatnot that I have no idea what they were used for.

Here's a Serb VRS uniform

Can't go wrong with the russian winter coat for hunting. Ignore the Sears hanger lol Figure they should know how to stay warm.

I have belgian combat pants, my son has a small us army camo spring issue jacket and I am wearing us issue combat pants right now.

Yeah it's good stuff. Sounds like you are starting your son on the same gear my father gave me when I started hunting. I still have the size small jacket in my drawer. Of course it doesn't fit anymore but it's still in fine shape.

I get the most use out of this Croatian vest. It supposedly was used in the war. I found this paper in the pocket. It would be great if there are any croatian members to translate it.

I have an old swiss helmet from '42 or so. When I got it there was still a tag inside saying who it had been issued to, I thought that was awesome.

Wow you have JNA, HVO, and BIH uniforms from the Bosnian wars. All 3 sides of the conflicts. Where do you come across this stuff??
