Can a large oscar fish be with a giant snakehead (channa micropeltes or channa diplogramma) in a large aquarium without being eaten?

I remember my mother in the 70's had 2 Redline Snakehead cohabing with 2 large Clown KnifeFish. Giant Snakehead would probably kill the Oscar unless Snakehead was small.
From what I know of it’s all dependant on the fish I’ve got a maruloides that’s in with my Oscar’s and silver dollars with no issues as of yet he’s not anywhere up to full size but I picked the maruloides after much research as the emperor appears to be a much more relaxed species when it come to tankmates
