can it live in it permanently?

no the fish will grow to be longer then the width and the length... need something more along the line of 10'x5'x3' ft. Unless you were talking meters... then the fish could live in there for a bit of time. want something like 3 meters long by 1.5 meters wide and about 1 meter deep is fine

thanks

its meters

Yeah I think you would be able to get away with it for quite a while. Once the RTC gets to be 4 feet long (1.2 metres), then youre going to need something wider.

Don't think it could live it in permanently, I would just be on the safe side if I were you and have/make a 6x4x3 meter pond lol...might be overkill but nothing wrong with that :)
