I would like to buy a timor monitor but it has come to my attention that they are very elusive and shady and I would like to throw a bolder lizard into the tank with it like a Frilled Lizard or bearded dragon. Could these lizards coexist if not what could live with a timor monitor?

If you want more than one lizard you need more than one cage. It is generally not a good idea to mix reptiles or amphibians. With monitors it is an even worse idea because they are very intelligent carnivores and will likely eat or try to eat anything else you might put in there.
Pick ONE or set up an entirely new enclosure to house the second.

No. Not a good idea at all. Different requirements, different diet, different behavior, different everything. What many people don't seem to realize about reptiles is that they are not fish. You can't take a bunch of reptiles from all over the world and throw them in together like you can with fish.
