I know gulpers eat everything, but if the oscar was considerably bigger can i keep them together?

u would probably be ok.. but the gulper may still try to eat it!

Like stated it depends on the size. I have a 12" O with my 7" gulper. A full grown O has a lot of girth (top to bottom) which is the key to gulper tankmates.

All depends on size, i saw a story of a guy who had a 6in gulper that ate his 9in aro that he just spent 180 on

I saw a gulper at a fish store the other day housed alone. The owner told me it once tried to eat a Paroon Shark, but because the gulper couldnt get the 15 inch dude into its 6 inch body, the paroon was swimming with a gulper cat as a helmet....bumping into glass and everything.

They are WAAAAAYYYYY too expensive over here in this part of the world.
