Looks kinda like my blochi x tsn hybrid cept yours is darker I think maybe it was mixed with some other pimelodis species. so some pimelodis x tsn.

sure look's like a pim type cross , have to agree with necrocansis he's knolege of catfish is second to none..
 
yah there is a Fasciatum X Blotchi Hybrid. don't agree with it but it don't look too bad
