We got 2 of these pike, they were sold as saxatilis (wrong spelling?) But that's a broad range of pike. I have several of species and have noto come across the list one. Any help would be appreciated.

The one with the red is a female. Did you get these from the same source and same tank?

Almost certain the male is a sveni. Female may be as well if they're from the same place. Hard to tell between saxatilis lineage fish sometimes.

I'd say sveni with a reasonable amount of certainty for the female as well since these have to be columbian. Anthurus is another commonly enountered columbian saxatiline pike. She for sure isn't an anthurus.

The sveni is what I was leaning towards with the male, but wasn't sure of n the one with the red belly. If they are the same I'm going to set a tank up for them and try to breed. thank you for help

You got it. Put plenty of hiding places for the female to retreat to if you can and some target fish.
