Can any peacock bass go in a 125gallon

Unfortunately not. There is lots of misunderstanding out on the web. Fooled me too. i thought that Kelberi only reached 12-15" but there are plenty much bigger than that in tanks on this site. I do not know of any that will work in a 180 gallon.....300 or bigger. A full grown kelberi is a beast!!
