Looks like a hybrid to me.
Probably has some veija in the mix.

It also looks like a macracanthus.

Op, whatever your fish may be,it certainly does not look healthy.
It appears to have hole in the head and lateral line erosion.
It also looks quite beat up.
Can I ask what size tank it's in and what else shares its tank?
I would be concerned for its well being if it was mine.

I agree it could probably only be considered be a hybrid, especially because of the rampant proliferation of Vieja x ? hybrids these days. There is no way to be sure.
