20 CF welding cylinder tank ..

need oxygen to ship fish out in...

looking to spend 50$ around +shipping

Any decent weld or gas shop can hook you up. They will rent or lease you a tank for pretty cheap.

YOu really need a regulator too though, the cheapest I have ever got one is about $60.00 at Harbor Freight I think. And you'll need a "blow gun" to put the air in the bags.

Have you checked better local shps to see if they can do it for you for a few bucks?

i would get a valve and a clear tube like Li has...

im gunna make some calls tommrow afternoon

my napa auto parts carries oxegen tanks and they will do a payment plan on it. you just keep paying until you own a tank and then you exchange them and only pay for the cost of the gas

oxygen tanks... i gotta see if i have a local napa

why cant you use a regular small air compressor.. then you dont have to buy oxygen for it.. its not pure oxygen but its close.. dont kill me if its bad for the fish. i dont know.. id ask around before doing it.

Boredcpl, O2 is better and pretty cheap. Unless the compressor is designed for dive tanks I would not use it, most produce an aerosol that is contaminated with petroleum products, trying to use a shop compressor to fill dive tanks can cause chemical pneumonia, I figure it is no better for the fish.

yeah the oils to lubricate the pump would prolly seep chemicals in the air.. i thought i would throw that advice out with a warning.. i knew someone would know about it.. keep the advice coming guppy.. i always like seeing the guppy avitar.. a few ppl on here i trust and your one of them.. so dont blow it..lol
