Can anyone help?

I am going to turn my 150 gallon bearded dragon tank into a fish aquarium but I have hard water spots on the glass I need to remove first. Does anyone know of a good way to remove these hard water spots and not ruin the tank for fish? Any help would be great.

Vinegar is what I always have used. If they are very stubborn, muriatic acid will get it.

vinegar or mineral oil. i use vinegar but a friend says she uses mineral oil.
