Can anyone id and sex this?!

I went to my LFS today and I think might have just found myself a good looking Festae?! Now I'm not sure if it's a Mayan or a Festae but I'm pretty sure it's a Festae. I would like to know the gender of the fish and was wondering if anyone could sex it for me.

Looks like a Festae to me looks like the dot is in the right area on the back fin and looks like it has a Y by the head but need a better pic

Any guess on the gender? I couldn't get any photos that were more clear and they rushed me out because of closing time. I'm probably going to buy it regardless but I'm just hoping that it'd be female.

Its a festae but you wont be able to sex it at that size, 5"+ is usually when you can tell but even then it can be hard
