Liz asked me this question so I thought I'd have some fun with it. No clues to start. Lets see how you do.

It is a Harp Seal Puppy. Since "hunting" harp seal babies came under fire, cute little white puppies with black eyes have been substituted so that tourists can bash in their skulls with clubs.
