My brother and i assume them to be a American PaddleFish but not sure, sorry for the bad picture using camera phone

ohh yikes lol i just saw them at a LFS i go too i've never seen them ever before but thats what one of the worker told me, haha the guy i usually know wasnt in today
 
a lot of work to keep alive. need a tank with flow, no decoratives, mid to high water tankmates, and wide enough cos they dont u-turn well. was feeding mine thawed bloodworms released into the current. They start eating when food hit sensors under that nose.
 
those fish are hard to keep. they require current and clean and cold water. and i've heard they are also filter feeders which makes feeding hard.
