can anyone ID this fish, wont be easy

I bought this fish today and havent seen anything like it. I will need to get better pics other then with my blackberry. I hope someone can ID it. Has red eyes, a snakehead like head and pectoral fins, and a spot on the caudal fin

They get to around 9", eat smaller fish and insects, don't like deep water, like to escape from tanks, and they are pretty messy fish. Sweet pickup.
