On Sunday I changed my sand I had a spike in ammonia and found out it was the sand so I changed it everything is going well i have a saltwater tank 14 gallon bio cube today in the morning like I always do I looked at my tank and noticed tiny snails and I mean tiny plus I saw a worm grey with a white band after awhile I saw something shoot buy it looked like a roach but clear anyone have a idea what they are never saw this

The worm is in the cave it's grey with white strips and the snail is tiny and it's white with little brown dots not the best pictures sorry and the roach looking thing can't find it anymore

By changing your sand you removed a large amount of the biological filter in your tank, having a fairly large bioload and a significantly diminshed bio filter you created the spike. Try adding a nitrifying bacteria additive like Cycle or One and Only. The one snail looks like it could be a heliacus or sundial snail, google a picture of one and decide. But if it is this will eat any zooanthids you may have, so remove it.
