Hey everyone. I just got this pleco today from a friend of mine. He was a surrender at a friend of mine's LFS because he was very aggressive to other plecos in his tank so they had to give him up. I am leaning towards L128 - Blue Phantom Pleco, but im not really sure. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Also, if anyone can give food suggestions for him, that would also be appreciated because he does not seem interested in the algae wafers that I gave him. Thanks in advance for all of your advice!

give him some time to acclimate . . . not uncommon for a fish to not eat on the first day . . .
 
hey i see your fish now, im sory . i dont know wt ,L# it's . but i know it will eat lettus and wter melon. and remenber they are noturnol eaters. so turn the lights off. and see. what im talking about.
 
Wow! Nice fish, stress :) I would say blue phantom..

BTW...Kinda off topic but how are you cories?????????
 
the cories are great, and so are the fry. they are not in with this guy though... hes by himself in a 60 atm... hoping to get some more fish next week.
 
good luck with the L128! but you should get driftwood. im pretty sure L128 needs driftwood in its diet. plus, driftwood provides cover so he'll be less stressed.
