Most likely a Pterygoplichthys pardalis but could be a Pterygoplichthys disjunctivus.

No it is not. Sailfin have a brown to orange color, this clearly has a black and white color. After owning 20-30 commons and about 15 sailfins... it's easy to to tell them apart.

Besides sailfins have a brick-like pattern and commons have a striped-like pattern
