So I found these rays in a LFS, I've been getting mixed ID's on various forums so I wondered if anyone here could ID them.

Look like retics.

That's what others had told me. They are around 4" in diameter now and I wanted to know how long I could grow out one in a 120gal (44"x28"x24") before moving it to a larger setup. With pristine water conditions and regular feeding(they are already eating) what growth rate should I expect?

Also can these rays be cohab'd with Discus or would they go after the discus?

They are not as hardy as most rays, they have small mouths and use time on feedings. If there is one ray that suits a discus tank, its a retic if you think sizevice. But food vice, i wouldnt take the risk. Atleast i would get the retics feeding good on food that discus dont eat as easy, fex frozen shrimp etc.. Ive had discus with rays, and when feeding with shrimp or fish filet, the rays get most of it.

retics for sure. I had my discus in with my rays and the discus didn't like it at all they hid and didn't eat. But that was just my experience with them.
