Looks like the shape of a Florida Ray a lot of talk that there not truly freshwater but can be collectedst johns river but color doesn't look right for a Florida but that's my opinion
I change my mind I think you are right yellowish color is throwing me color reminds me of young flower ray any pic of tail length
I think eyes and shape are little different but if that is what it is it is in terrible shape with that coloration himantura sp for sure himatura polylepsis has been for sale by Jeff raps before it could be that haven't seen any others before.
these guy seems a lot more interesting than these stupid hybrids that had invaded everyone's tanks
