Looks like an L-48 "Gold Spot Pleco" but this one has larger spots...

My guess is it looks like a really washed out Hypancistrus inspector L102. Yes more pictures please. If you can, get some pictures of the mouth (from the underside), which will help with the family (bary, lepora, etc).

It looks like Hypancistrus rather Scobinancistrus. There looks to be too many small spots for Hypancistrus inspector (and I think it is quite rare), something like Hypancistrus sp. L136 with washed out colours.

This looks close. Stress colors make it tough. Its hypan for sure IMO
