Can anyone identify what type of pike this is?

Hello, I purchased one of these guys or girls unknown the sex or type of pike I have at a LFS. Wondering if anyone can help me out with identifying both so I can possibly find him/her a friend. Eats like a champ and grew pretty attached to the little guy.

Hard to say but in the saxatalis group. Have to know catch location but I’d guess cf lepidota. Just guessing. See what Rocksor thinks.

Agree that it’s from the saxatilis family of pikes (8-10”). I’m leaning towards male lepitoda
