You'll need an import license to show customs upon picking up your boxes. You should do a search on Google, lots of good info out there.

What kind of fish were you looking to import? Some like arowanas, require special permits.

The CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) is also about to implement a number of restrictions on fish import within the next year (things like koi, discus, gouramis, guppies, etc).
