can anyone please tell me what these two sharks are?

Fishbase notes that adults do not have spots, but juveniles frequently do. The bands should also fade as they grow up. I have no experience with this fish but I trust fishbase.

That link refers to the Brown banded shark but I'm not sure that this spotted one is a browny.
