Can anyone tell if this is an Asian or Jardini?

Was searching the local Craigslist and found a deal on a tank with an Arowana. The listing says it's an Asian and I'm not able to tell if that's true or if it's a Jardini. Since this is in the US if it is an Asian should it be reported?
