It is one of the tribe, Geophagini and may be in the altifrons group, but many species look very similar. Looks female to me.
Below Geophagus Red Head Tapajos to compare, it is quite easily attained these days , and the rounded fins are a characteristic
now Below Geophagus altifrons, but these have long trails
