can anyone tell me if this is hole in the head?

my Electric Blue Jack Dempsey has 2 spots in question on his left side above his eye he has 2 white spots, some say its a scrape he might have gotten when he first moved in, or he just hit one of the decorations and knocked a scale off, on his right side however it looks like there is a small.. dent? i guess is the word, here are the pictures, let me know please!

i tried to get the best pictures i could but a 1 1/2 inch long fish is hard to get him to sit still haha, i had to go into paint to highlight the forementioned areas
