Can anyone tell me what these are?

I have no clue what these HUGE HUGE..Enormous cylinder type things are that are being transferred via tractor trailer.. they are so wide they take up the entire street's width and so high that they can easily take down the traffic lights as the truck carrying these cylinders passes under.. the trailer can be lowered to accomodate but still just barely makes it under the swinging wires of the traffic lights.... anybody know... has anybody else seen them.. ??? Just so curious. .. i see them everytime i go out for a drive now..

i just cannot imagine something underground this big.. but could be.. i wish i had taken a pic.. i never have my camera when i see them...

Are they concrete? If so, they are probably for sewer/water lines.

No they look like fiberglass type material.. i think white with blue trim on it...

if they are PVC its likely sewer or water lines.

they can be pretty big.
