Can baby motoro's eat pinkie worms?

Hi ive got some pinkie worms from the bait shop was just wondering if the stingray could eat them? they are only small so there isnt a size issue, she had a little nibble on a bit of worm yesterday but i dont think i cut it up small enough for her

I think they are maggots aren't they? I would worry about the quality of the food that they were bred on, I think I am right in saying that they are bred on rotting meat???
