can black skirt tetras live without decorations

i moved my convicts and all of the decorations they had to a new tank so i have an aquarium with just substrate. if i put tetras in here(after its cycled) would they be okay? thanks

I don't see any major issues, they may feel a little insecure but otherwise they should survive.

Yes they will be fine maybe a little skittish.
