I don't know where you ive, but guppies aren't really a native. I have yet to see a fish that can't get it, but I have never seen a fish in the wild with it.

Yes, but guppies aren't native.

I have even seen what I presumed to be ich in fishing ponds, but only where there was an overpopulation of fish and low water quality. These ponds were also most likely stocked with farmed fish, not to mention the probability that tropicals or other non-natives had been introduced.

I haven't seen ich in actual wild populations.

oh o.k. great!

since i mix the ones outside to the fish in my tank(inside) and didn't want to transfer/get any disease

You can transfer diseases other than ich. Ich would be the least of your worries since it's easily treatable.
I never quarantined any of the fish going into my native tank and never had any problems, but it's always a posibility. I would never introduce natives to a tank with tropicals unless they were quarantined since the tropicals likely aren't immune to some of the common diseases your natives may carry. I also catch my fish out of very clean and healthy rivers, so that probably lowers the risk compared to if your catch your fish out of more polluted waterways or crowded lakes and ponds.

If you're worried about introducing disease the easiest answer is to either not introduce anymore fish or quarantine before adding them. Another tip is to never introduce wild mollusks since they can be an intermediate host for some parasites.
