can common plecos live in a PH of 8

would they be fine
and how do i get them used to the higher PH
right now they are in my community tank that has a PH of about 7 i want to put them into my malawi tank that has a PH of 8
any suggestions

Yes they can just take it slow and they will do just fine mine has in my african tank which is at 8.2 to 8.4 PH

Mine are doing well at 8.3

Should be fine. Bigger question is can it live with those Africans biting at their eyes? Something to watch out for...but yeah, the pH will be fine.
