Hi all

I would like to know if I could really comms sterlets and doraudo together. I would be keeping them in a 6 feet tank. The setup would be bogwood, stones and white sands.

Cheers

Well, sterlet are pretty temperature tolerant as far as sturgeon go, I've kept em in tropical tanks before. However, Dorado are very aggressive feeders and at higher temps, sturgeons need to eat a ton and are terrible at finding food.

they still wouldn't be in ideal conditions in a typical tropical temperature, doesn't seem worth it.

Thanks all for the comments.. I will take note of that.. As for the temperature wise, I have successfully keep sterlet under normal temperature.. What they really require is aeration.. Just need to place more air pump in your tank..
