Can different frontosa types be kept together

I have a group of 8 frontosa's that I am growing out in a 55g. I was told they are cyphotilapia Maswa Yellow. They will eventually join a 6" and 8" which I don't know what variant they are.

Are there any problems with keeping different variants together.

They should be able to live together just fine, but if there is any breeding between the two groups, the fry will be junk hybrids.
