Can Female Blood Parrots grow a kok?

I am getting a fish very soon, the guy I am getting it from said it is a female KKP. I have seen the fish and she was laying eggs when I saw it. The fish had a good size kok, I was wondering can female blood parrots grow a kok or can only KKP grow a kok?

yes they can but it is very rare thats a nice parrot

if it has a kok and its female its more than likely KKP. this does not mean a parrot can't. especially these "new" parrots without the forehead notch, they definitely can also

They can but usually right before breeding.
