Can Females be Infertile?

I would say no female are always fertile only male Kamfa flowerhorn or flowerhorn with white/orange eyes are infertile sometime u get lucky.. they only way female eggs are bad is when she is aggressive towards the male don't let him fertiliz the eggs hope this help

I'm just wondering because I have a female red dragon and she has never laid eggs for me.
She has dug multiple nests, and her egg tube has dropped multiple times, but she never actually lays any eggs.
What could be the reason for this? Any ideas/advice?

When you say yes, do you mean they just never lay eggs? Or do you mean they lay eggs that are infertile and unable to be fertilized?
