Nothing, those Pearsi are going to get huge and might bully everyone else. I would say your pushing it with those Sev's when They get large. Here is Aquamojo's old felmale so you get a good look at how large they can get.

Edited my first post after relizing I could go more indepth, read it again please. That one can get 16" long and be a beast.

Nope, I would just grow it out and leave it at that. A 125g might seem large, but in reality to these guys its like living in a studio appartment. Most likely it will take out the other fish, but it might leave your severums alot. My Midas won't tolerate other cichlids in his tank and only tolerates the fish in his tank because they aren't a threat to his territory. Large cichlids in smaller tanks tend to look at other large cichlids at a threat to their territory and only in rare circumstances(And I mean RARE) do they tolerate others. Some have had luck, but I wouldn't risk it. Good luck

an oscar is not ideal, if you must add a cichlid, add a smaller feisty species that can fend for itself.
